New construction of a 4 storey self storage facility including four speculative industrial units with extensive car parking and service yards. Target to achieve Breeam Excellent accreditation with ecological improvements to Ancient Woodland, roof mounted solar photovoltaic arrays and electric vehicle chargers.

Just enough time to add the finishing touches ahead of our new store opening at Bracknell. There are no limits to Dale and John’s talents with the pair volunteering to trim back the local nature reserve. Delighted to be working in partnership with Bracknell Forest Council.
Ps the store is now ready to open on 14th September as anticipated.

Following the sudden death of Henry Angell-James from a fatal heart attack, a charity was set up in his name by his wife, Sally. This charity’s aim is to put as many defib (AED) units into communities as they can.
By arranging for developers to donate slightly more than the cost of an AED it means they can also help fundraise for communities, such as rural villages, who would find it difficult to fund one themselves.
Big Yellow Construction Company Ltd have become affiliated to this amazing charity, our first AED unit was installed outside our new Bracknell store yesterday. This will be registered on ‘The Circuit’ website (The National Defibrillator Network). This network is connected to every Ambulance Service in the UK & allows them to direct bystanders to the nearest defibrillator to help save lives.
Going forward Big Yellow Construction Company Ltd will install one of these at all new stores.
