Big Yellow Property Requirements
Big Yellow Group PLC currently owns 89 Big Yellow Self Storage stores and 24 Armadillo Self Storage stores.
Our most recent openings are Staines (July 2025), Queensbury (October 2025), Slough Bath Road (February 2026) and Wembley (March 2026). We will be opening new stores in Epsom, Staples Corner, Kentish Town and Wapping throughout this coming financial year.
Big Yellow Self Storage has substantial funds available to acquire buildings and sites suitable for the development of self storage facilities.
We currently operate a portfolio of 113 stores across a platform of 6.4 million square feet, with a further 14 development sites and have plans to expand our portfolio.
We guarantee to provide vendors and property agents with a swift response to all opportunities put to us. We have a reputation for completing acquisitions quickly and appropriate fees will be paid for recognised introductions resulting in a successful acquisition.
