For any hard working person, there are numerous opportunities to progress. As a Company we are continuing to expand every year. This creates opportunities for promotions in both Stores and Head Office.
What has been your career path to date?
Having left university early, I joined the Oxford store as Sales Advisor and worked my way up to Assistant Manager and Store Manager, before being promoted in 2014 to Learning and Development Advisor.
What is it that makes Big Yellow a great place to work?
The people. Everyone is always happy and friendly. Big Yellow prides itself in recruiting good team members with personality. I always enjoy meeting the new starters on the Big Experience Course and welcoming them to the team!
Tell us what benefits you value the most and why?
I love the Sharesave Scheme! I am always trying to convince other team members to start. It`s an excellent way to make money from your savings rather than it just sitting in a bank!
