What has been your career path to date?
I worked for Currys PC World for a number of years before joining Big Yellow in July 2019.
What`s most important to you in your career and why?
For me it is to be able to do my job and progress to increase my salary. This is so i`m able to support my family to the best of my ability.
How do you manage a positive work/life balance?
As the store closes at 6pm, it gives me time to spend at home with my family or to go out. This is why I enjoy working at Big Yellow.
After a leave of absence what support did you receive on your return?
I was off for 3 months due to Covid and the support I got from the Company was impeccable. On my return they had taken all neccessary steps to ensure I had a safe working environment and the support continues to be there throughout the pandemic.
