The Essentials:

We offer competitive rates of pay which are reviewed on an annual basis.

If you work within a store you will be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus of up to 25% of your annual salary which is calculated against operational and sales targets. As a member of the Head Office team you will be eligible to receive a bi-annual discretionary bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary.

Sharesave Scheme
You will be eligible to join the Sharesave Scheme after six months of employment.

Pension Scheme
We have a contributory pension scheme run in conjunction with Scottish Widows. Contributions are matched by the Company, starting at 3% and rising to 6% after 2 years.

Holiday Entitlement
Holidays start at 28 days per annum, increasing with service to a maximum of 33 days a year.

Childcare Vouchers
We offer Childcare Vouchers in conjunction with SodexoPass which provide Tax and NI relief towards Childcare costs.

You'll be entitled to 25% discount on room rental and merchandise.

Pleasure Points Scheme
We run a points based scheme in conjunction with Red Letter Days and Voucher Express which enables you to enjoy fantastic experiences like driving a Ferrari, pampering yourself at a health spa or exchanging your points for vouchers from a choice of over 100 retail and entertainment providers! Some of the ways you can get points are outlined below.

Manager Reward Points
Managers are allocated an annual fund of Pleasure Points to enable them to recognise exceptional performance and individual contributions.

Bright Ideas
We reward suggestions successfully implemented with points.

Introduce A Friend
If you successfully introduce a friend to work for us, we'll reward you with up to £750 of Pleasure Points.

You'll receive your birthday as an extra day off and on landmark birthdays you'll also receive some points.

We'll congratulate you with a bottle of champagne or some vouchers of your choice.

If you get married or enter in to a civil partnership you'll receive a gift from the Company.

When we hear the patter of little feet, we'll send you vouchers to kit out your new addition!

Service Awards
We recognise employees who are loyal to the organisation and reward service achievements with points.

You are encouraged to help organise and participate in a variety of fundraising activities to support our recognised charities, for which we'll contribute to the funds that you raise.

Company Conference
It’s essential that everyone knows about our business and where we're going. We therefore hold an annual conference to review our achievements and look at what is coming up in the year ahead. We reward both team and individual success with Pleasure Points and star performers have been taken for lunch at various European locations!

All our stores and Head Office have a fund to organise social events. Our past activities have included meals out, go-karting, paint balling, bowling, comedy evenings and horse racing!

Cycle to Work Scheme
We work with CycleScheme, one of the most experienced scheme providers in the UK, to provide Tax and NI relief on the cost of a bike and any safety equipment to encourage commuting to work by bike.
