The right start
Right from the start we’ll give you all the support you need through our comprehensive induction programme which will provide you with the tools, skills and confidence to begin your career.
Our Training Store teams have been specifically trained to take you through everything you’ll need to know in your first few weeks with the Company.
If you work in one of our stores, you’ll also benefit from our sales induction which will provide you with the essential skills to exceed your sales targets!
Reaching your potential
Having given you the right start, it doesn’t stop there! Throughout your career, we’ll support and encourage you to identify training which will assist you to develop in your role.
You’ll have regular discussions with your manager to agree your development goals. We have a wealth of internal resources, including our own experienced coaches and over 20 bespoke courses to support you.
If we can’t fulfil your training needs internally, you’ll have the opportunity to attend external courses, conferences and events.
If you’re interested in gaining a work related qualification we’ll sponsor you to undertake professional studies for example the Chartered Institute of Marketing or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
We’ve also introduced practical accreditations in the form of National Vocational Qualifications that you can work towards whilst getting on with your job.
